To maintain its professional identity, nursing requires a solid philosophical foundation through aspects of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. This study aims to synthesize the development of these three philosophical aspects in modern nursing practice, as well as identify their contributions to strengthening the nursing discipline. This study uses a narrative literature review design. Literature searches were conducted through the PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar databases with keywords nursing philosophy, ontology, epistemology, axiology, and nursing science. Inclusion criteria included full-text articles in Indonesian and English published between 2016-2024 that specifically discuss the philosophy of nursing science. An analysis of ten selected articles shows that ontologically, nursing defines humans as holistic-relational entities. Epistemologically, there has been a shift from the dominance of positivism toward the integration of evidence-based science with intuitive and reflective knowledge. Axiologically, the value of caring remains the primary ethical compass. However, this study found a gap, where axiology and epistemology are often more dominant in educational curricula, while ontology (the essence of nursing's existence) tends to be neglected in bureaucratized clinical practice. The integration of nursing philosophy has proven crucial to preventing dehumanization in healthcare. Novel Aku, Kopi, dan Kamera by Ainun Nufus is one of the novels that achieved the title of best seller and has been printed many times because of the high interest in reading from its readers. This study aims to describe the social values ​​in the novel Aku, Kopi, dan Kamera by Ainun Nufus. The analysis of social values ​​is studied using Zubaedi's theory which puts forward social values ​​consisting of compassion, responsibility, and harmony in life. This study uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written words from the observed characters. The data source comes from the novel Aku, Kopi, dan Kamera by Ainun Nufus published in 2017 by CV. Diandra Primamitra Media with a total of 165 pages. The data collected consisted of words, phrases, clauses, sentences, and paragraphs that refer to social values. The technique used was listening followed by note-taking. After all the data was collected, the next process was data analysis, which was carried out by reducing the data, presenting the data, and then verifying or drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the social values ​​found in the novel Aku, Kopi, dan Kamera by Ainun Nufus consist of love, including devotion, kinship, mutual assistance, caring, and loyalty. The second social value is responsibility, including a sense of belonging, empathy, and discipline. Data were collected through observation, writing tests, interviews, and documentation validated through triangulation and data analysis. The results indicate that students' primary difficulties are identifying the main idea (the story lacks focus), developing a less coherent plot, and using spelling, punctuation, and capitalization. Hypertension is a chronic disease with a high prevalence that often requires combination therapy, thus increasing the risk of drug interactions. This study used an analytical observational design with a retrospective approach to prescription data for hypertensive patients for the period August 2025. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a sample size of 82 patients who met the inclusion criteria. Identification of drug interactions was carried out using standard drug interaction references and classified based on pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic mechanisms, as well as minor, moderate, and major severity levels. The results showed that there were 105 potential drug interaction events with an average of 1.28 interactions per patient. Most interactions were categorized as moderate (86.6%) and dominated by pharmacodynamic mechanisms (55.2%). The most frequently found combination was amlodipine-dexamethasone (27%), while the most major interactions occurred in the combination of amlodipine-simvastatin (8%). Fisher's exact test showed no significant association between the number of medications and the drug interaction category (p &gt; 0.05). This study is an analytical observational study with a retrospective cross-sectional design with a total sampling of 200 prescriptions from January-March 2025. The sampling technique used total sampling, so that all prescriptions that met the research criteria were included as samples. Identification of interactions was carried out theoretically using the medscape drug interaction checker and drugs.com interactions checker, then analyzed descriptively and Chi-Square test with a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that patients were predominantly aged 56-65 years (44.5%) and &gt;65 years (32.5%) with a relatively balanced gender distribution. Potential drug interactions were found in 61.0% of prescriptions, with moderate interactions (84.2%), major (10.5%), and minor (5.3%) predominating in severity. The most common type of interaction was pharmacodynamic (54.4%). Statistical tests showed that age (p=0.542) and gender (p&gt;0.05) were not significantly associated with potential drug interactions, while the number of medications in the prescription was significantly associated (p&lt;0.05). This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS application. The results of the study indicate that parental social support has a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation with a total effect value of 0.867, a t-statistics value of 25.935, and a p-value of 0.000 (&lt;0.05). Learning motivation is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement with a total effect value of 0.551, a t-statistics value of 5.442, and a p-value of 0.000 (&lt;0.05). Parental social support has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement through learning motivation as a mediating variable, with an indirect effect of 0.477, a t-statistic of 5.100, and a p-value of 0.000 (&lt;0.05). The total effect is 0.913 with a t-statistic of 41.610, indicating a very strong influence. Learning motivation acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between parental social support and student achievement. Parental social support has not only a direct effect but also an indirect effect through increased learning motivation. Makeup, as the art of transforming appearance using cosmetics, is influenced by global trends such as Korean beauty for natural makeup and the Western entertainment industry for glam makeup. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a feminist framework and a cultural studies perspective. The results show that natural makeup emphasizes simplicity with lightweight products like BB cream and lip tint, suitable for everyday activities, representing authenticity and psychological comfort. In contrast, glam makeup focuses on drama using full-coverage foundation and bold eyeshadow, ideal for formal events, a symbol of luxury and performativity. The comparison reveals differences in application, products, and cultural meanings, where natural makeup rejects excessiveness, while glam makeup is associated with capitalism and patriarchy. This study aims to analyze the influence of cosmetic color choice on facial appearance and self-confidence. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design. The aim was to analyze the influence of cosmetic color choice on facial appearance and self-confidence. Data were collected through a questionnaire, which was then analyzed descriptively and supported by a review of relevant literature. The survey results indicate that choosing the right cosmetic color can create a fresher, more balanced, and more harmonious facial appearance, as well as boost self-confidence. Conversely, using inappropriate colors can cause the face to appear dull and disproportionate. Biology is abstract, making it difficult for students to understand, especially when taught with a boring approach. Therefore, interactive and innovative learning media are needed. Google Scholar was used to obtain and analyze scientific articles for this Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The search yielded 10 scientific articles on Canva-based learning media with empirical evidence. The results of this study indicate that the use of Canva-based learning media in high school biology learning consistently has a high level of validity and practicality, and is effective in improving student learning outcomes. Based on a synthesis of various studies, Canva has been shown to have a significant impact on improving cognitive learning outcomes (indicated by high N-gain values ​​and good learning outcomes), as well as strengthening affective aspects such as student motivation, creativity, and enthusiasm. The use of visual and audiovisual elements in Canva helps facilitate the understanding of abstract biological concepts, thus supporting more active, interactive, and student-centered learning. However, previous studies still show limitations, namely tending to be partial, focusing on the general effectiveness of digital media, and not comprehensively examining its impact on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in an integrated manner. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the use of digital media in supporting PAI learning outcomes, as well as identifying patterns and challenges in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type. Data were collected through searching scientific articles on Google Scholar and accredited journals for the period 2021–2025. Of the approximately 50 articles found, approximately 20 articles were selected based on criteria of relevance and methodological quality. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that digital media contributes significantly to improving learning outcomes, especially in the cognitive aspect, while the affective and psychomotor aspects are contextual and depend on the learning design and the role of the teacher. The success of implementation is also influenced by the digital competence of educators, the availability of infrastructure, and institutional support. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of PIP at SD Negeri 1 Ubung, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), focusing on the input and process dimensions of the CIPP evaluation model. The input aspect emphasizes resource readiness and strategies, while the process aspect highlights the dynamics of implementation in the field. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collected through in-depth interviews with the principal and school archive documentation, which were then analyzed descriptively to illustrate the reality of program implementation. The results of the input dimension indicate adequate operational readiness, supported by valid Dapodik DTKS data, a good understanding of regulations, and effective use of communication media for parents at SD Negeri 1 Ubung. However, in the process dimension, technical administrative obstacles occurred that resulted in delays in fund disbursement. The school addressed these obstacles through intensive administrative assistance and preventive supervision by the principal to ensure the funds were used appropriately. The method used is literature research with a qualitative approach, through descriptive-analytical analysis of the book Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim, books, and related scientific publications. The results show that the concept of intention to learn according to Az-Zarnuji serves as a spiritual, moral, and motivational foundation for seeking knowledge. A sincere intention oriented towards pleasing Allah, eliminating ignorance, and providing benefits can shape the character of students who are disciplined, responsible, and virtuous. This study aims to analyze the effect of an immersive learning approach on students' mathematical spatial abilities. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a posttest-only control group design. The study population was all ninth-grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Mendoyo, with a sample selected using cluster random sampling technique, consisting of an experimental class and a control class. Data were collected through a mathematical spatial ability test and analyzed using descriptive statistics and an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the average mathematical spatial ability of students in the experimental class (88.59) was higher than that of the control class (61.41). Prerequisite tests showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The t-test results showed a significance value &lt;0.05, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. Using a qualitative library research approach with content analysis, this study synthesizes relevant literature to build a theoretical framework. The findings indicate that successful character formation requires expanding the meaning of classical values into the digital realm, reforming school rules to explicitly regulate digital behavior, and the presence of teachers as role models in cyberspace. Furthermore, the digital akhlak portfolio concept positions social media as a platform for students to showcase creative works such as writing, visual arts, and videos that reflect internalized moral values. This portfolio serves as authentic documentation of character development, an evaluation tool, a creative da'wah medium, and a means of building the madrasah's positive reputation. Wantu asmun.wantu@ung.ac.id Zulfikar Adjie zulfikaradjie@ung.ac.id <p><em>This study aims to examine in depth the implementation of the Pancasila Rahmatan Lil'alamin (P5RA) Student Profile Strengthening Project and its determining factors at MA Alkhairaat, Gorontalo City. The method used was a qualitative descriptive analytical approach with a case study design. Data were collected through participant observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews, then analyzed interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that P5RA implementation is carried out systematically by integrating Pancasila values and religious moderation using Project-Based Learning (PjBL) methods and religious habituation, such as congregational Dhuha prayers. Concretely, this program has proven effective in transforming students' attitudes to be more tolerant, strengthening religious character, and increasing diversity awareness through heterogeneous group work. This study's contribution confirms that the success of P5RA is largely determined by the principal's transformational leadership and differentiated learning strategies in managing differences in student characteristics. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, where data were collected through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis was carried out interactively, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions to emphasize the scientific contribution regarding the effectiveness of scouting activities in student moral formation. The results of the study show that the implementation of religious, disciplined, and creative values is carried out through routine habituation such as congregational prayers, strict time management, and utilizing limited facilities as a means for creativity. These findings indicate that scouting activities serve as an effective medium for the internalization of character education contextually and structurally.
