This study employed a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the teaching factory program encourages changes in learning practices toward a more contextual, authentic, and experience-based approach. However, these changes have not been consistently implemented due to limitations at the individual teacher level and institutional support. Evaluation based on the Kirkpatrick model indicates that the program's impact is strongest at the level of reactions and learning, but not yet optimal at the level of behavior and outcomes. These findings confirm that the implementation of the teaching factory has not been fully internalized in daily learning practices. This study concludes that the success of the teaching factory program is not solely determined by the program design but is highly dependent on teachers' reflective ability to continuously reconstruct their pedagogical practices.
Rizza Maria Ulfa, Sy. This study is motivated by the importance of education based on Al-Qur'an values in shaping the religious character of students amidst the challenges of globalization. This study uses a qualitative approach with an evaluative research type. The research subjects consisted of Islamic boarding school leaders, tahfidz ustaz/ustazah, and students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, while the validity of the data was tested through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that in terms of context, the tahfidz program has been in accordance with the needs of the institution and the vision of Islamic education being implemented. In terms of input, the program is supported by competent teaching staff and a focused curriculum, although facilities and funding are still limited. In terms of process, the program is structured through routine and consistent tahsin (recitation), tahfidz (recitation), murajaah (recitation), and memorization (memorization) activities. In terms of product, the program demonstrates an increase in student memorization achievement, sustainable implementation of activities, and the development of discipline, responsibility, and religious character. Based on these findings, the Quran memorization program at the Ishlahul Ummah NW Islamic Boarding School Foundation is deemed effective, as it achieved the established memorization targets and positively impacted student character development.
Muslimaeni Muslimaeni, Yuni Aulia Putri, Nuhalizah Nuhalizah, Novi Dian Rahmadani, Siti Wahida Hilmi, Candra Candra Copyright (c) 2026 Muslimaeni, Yuni Aulia Putri, Nuhalizah, Novi Dian Rahmadani, Siti Wahida Hilmi, & Candra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://e-journal.lp3kamandanu.com/index.php/educatoria/article/view/1309 Thu, 02 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Evaluasi Efektivitas Pelatihan Pembelajaran Mendalam Menggunakan Model Kirkpatrick pada Guru di SMAN 4 Mataram https://e-journal.lp3kamandanu.com/index.php/educatoria/article/view/1312
This research is motivated by the low level of higher-order thinking skills of students, which indicates the need for learning innovation through a deep learning pedagogy approach. In this context, teacher training is an important strategy to improve the quality of learning. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a deep learning training program for teachers at SMAN 4 Mataram using the Kirkpatrick model. This study uses a mixed methods approach with a descriptive evaluative design. Data were collected through questionnaires, pretests, and posttests, as well as open-ended questions, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. The results showed that the training was effective at all Kirkpatrick levels, namely reaction, learning, behavior, and results. The level of participant satisfaction reached 91%, categorized as very high. Participants' learning outcomes increased significantly, indicated by an average pretest score of 56, increasing to 82 in the posttest. There was a change in learning practices that were more interactive, reflective, and student-centered, and had a positive impact on the quality of learning in the classroom. These findings indicate that deep learning training is effective in improving teacher competence and the quality of learning. Thus, systematically designed and sustainable training can be an effective strategy to support improving the quality of education.
Putu Wiwik Puspa Darmayanti, Uswatun Hasanah, Nada Sobah, Suhaili Suhaili, Candra Candra Copyright (c) 2026 Putu Wiwik Puspa Darmayanti, Uswatun Hasanah, Nada Sobah, Suhaili, & Candra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://e-journal.lp3kamandanu.com/index.php/educatoria/article/view/1312 Thu, 02 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Analisis FoMO di Kalangan Gen Z terhadap Konten Edukasi Makeup oleh Beauty Content Creator https://e-journal.lp3kamandanu.com/index.php/educatoria/article/view/1323
The Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) phenomenon among Generation Z is increasing due to the increased use of social media as a source of information and informal learning, particularly in the beauty and makeup industry. Content delivered by influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube serves not only as a visual learning medium but also influences trend-based digital consumption behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of FoMO on social media algorithms and the role of influencers on digital learning and consumption behavior through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA approach. Eighteen articles meeting the inclusion criteria were analyzed using thematic systematic techniques. The results indicate that FoMO is a major factor driving Generation Z to follow beauty trends on social media. Digital platform algorithms amplify exposure to viral content, thereby increasing consumer behavior and impulsive buying. Furthermore, influencers serve as trusted sources of informal learning because they present practical and easy-to-understand visual content. These findings emphasize that digital literacy and critical thinking skills are necessary for Generation Z to utilize social media as a learning tool without falling into consumer behavior due to FoMO.
Nabila Amalia, Shalasha Haura Aqilah Sa’adah, Isabella Augustina Azzahra, Agustin Wahyu Wardani, Alda Lestia Ananda, Anik Maghfiroh Copyright (c) 2026 Nabila Amalia, Shalasha Haura Aqilah Sa’adah, Isabella Augustina Azzahra, Agustin Wahyu Wardani, Alda Lestia Ananda, & Anik Maghfiroh https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://e-journal.lp3kamandanu.com/index.php/educatoria/article/view/1323 Thu, 02 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Tren Makeup “Mangklingi” dan Krisis Identitas dalam Industri Makeup Artist Indonesia https://e-journal.lp3kamandanu.com/index.php/educatoria/article/view/1336
The "mangklingi" makeup trend is gaining popularity in the Indonesian Makeup Artist (MUA) industry, especially since the rise of makeup promotions on social media. The term "mangklingi" refers to a drastic change in facial appearance that significantly differs from one's natural appearance. This trend not only symbolizes a MUA's technical expertise but also establishes new standards for assessing beauty. This study aims to examine how the "mangklingi" makeup trend influences perceptions of beauty and triggers an identity crisis within the Indonesian MUA industry. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, observation of social media content, and interviews with several MUAs and makeup service users. The results indicate that the "mangklingi" trend encourages extreme transformation practices that often ignore clients' natural facial characteristics. This situation has the potential to cause social pressure, reduce self-confidence without makeup, and trigger unhealthy competition among industry players. This study provides a more critical understanding of the dynamics of beauty trends and encourages makeup practices that respect individual identity and uniqueness.
Melinda Lailatus Zahro, Nevita Sherly Trihapsari, Angelly Rahmadania Putri Kedua, Olivia Zahra Ramadhani . This study aims to analyze the application of management functions in costume management within a dance studio. A qualitative approach utilizing a case study method was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the interactive analysis model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which encompasses data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was verified through source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that management functions—specifically planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising—have been applied to costume management. Planning involves costume procurement and usage scheduling; organizing entails task allocation and the provision of supporting facilities; implementation involves the use of operational resources and coordination among members; and supervision involves monitoring costume usage and condition. However, the application of these functions is not yet optimal due to resource limitations, unsystematic inventory record-keeping, and a lack of structured documentation for supervision mechanisms. The findings suggest that while facility availability and resource support contribute to the smooth operation of costume management, achieving true effectiveness requires a more organized management system. Therefore, strengthening administration, standardizing procedures, and enhancing supervision systems are essential to ensure the sustainability of costume management in the dance studio.
Grace Evelyn Hidayat, Tsania Azizah Zadal Faroh, Berliana Purwanto Shakhib, Sri Endah Wahyuningsih Copyright (c) 2026 Grace Evelyn Hidayat, Tsania Azizah Zadal Faroh, Berliana Purwanto Shakhib, & Sri Endah Wahyuningsih https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://e-journal.lp3kamandanu.com/index.php/educatoria/article/view/1375 Sun, 05 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Taur-Taur Simbandar: Analisis Nilai-nilai Pendidikan dan Relevansinya di Era Digital https://e-journal.lp3kamandanu.com/index.php/educatoria/article/view/1376
This study aims to analyze the educational values contained in Taur-Taur Simbandar and its relevance in the digital era. Taur-Taur Simbandar is an oral tradition of the Simalungun people in the form of a reciprocal dialogue between garama and anak boru containing moral, social, and cultural messages. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data sources in the form of a transcription of the Taur-Taur Simbandar text. Data were collected through literature and documentation studies, then analyzed using content analysis techniques by paying attention to the structure of the dialogue, choice of diction, symbolic repetition, and the cultural context of the Simalungun people. The results show that the educational values in Taur-Taur Simbandar are not only conveyed explicitly through the lyrics, but are also built through patterns of reciprocal communication between characters. The values of honesty and responsibility emerge through the affirmation of trust and loyalty in the dialogue, while the values of communicativeness and peace are reflected through responses that maintain harmonious relationships. In addition, the value of independence is represented through the symbol of wandering as a form of readiness to face life. These findings indicate that Taur-Taur Simbandar serves as a character education medium based on local wisdom that remains relevant in fostering critical, ethical, and responsible attitudes in the digital age.
Tesalonica Evelin Br Sitorus, Chintiah Lafaezah Sihaloho, Filomena Nova Julianti Sinurat, Kezia Tarila Rubina Sitepu, Tri Indah Prasasti Copyright (c) 2026 Tesalonica Evelin Br Sitorus, Chintiah Lafaezah Sihaloho, Filomena Nova Julianti Sinurat, Kezia Tarila Rubina Sitepu, & Tri Indah Prasasti https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://e-journal.lp3kamandanu.com/index.php/educatoria/article/view/1376 Sun, 05 Jul 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Strategi Pengelolaan Bisnis Kecantikan Berbasis Kualitas Layanan dan Digital Marketing dalam Mempertahankan Loyalitas Pelanggan: Studi Kasus pada Lydia Beauty Salon di Semarang https://e-journal.lp3kamandanu.com/index.php/educatoria/article/view/1390
The beauty industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth in line with increasing public awareness of self-care, skin health, and appearance.
