Collaborative activities explain the strategic meaning of collaborative community service by the Sidoarjo Regency Government together with all levels of the local community as an effort to prevent flooding, findings in the field show that urban flooding is not solely caused by high rainfall, but is triggered by low individual environmental awareness. The purpose of this collaborative activity focuses on maintaining the cleanliness of the River Basin (DAS) which functions as an area and the main factor in disasters and the important role of the government in facilitating this collaboration to maximize potential. This article uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. This activity attracted broad participation from various parties, including the district government, city government, the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), academics, and community elements. The synergy between the use of heavy equipment and the mobilization of community labor ensured that the cleaning of garbage and water hyacinth was carried out comprehensively, while strengthening social cohesion between the elements involved. The results of this activity achieved dual success: physically (significant river cleanup) and socially, fostering a spirit of cooperation and collective critical awareness among the community regarding the importance of maintaining a clean environment. The conclusion was that this activity proved effective not only as a flood prevention measure but also as a means of strengthening social bonds. It is recommended that similar activities be held periodically to strengthen the collective commitment and solidarity of the Sidoarjo community.

The river cleanup program conducted by students is a strategic ecological initiative to reduce pollution and increase environmental awareness. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to identify the role of students in cleaning rivers around the campus and its impact on environmental awareness and the physical condition of the water. The method used is a descriptive approach based on Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) through the stages of identifying environmental assets and potential, participatory mapping with the community, implementing cleanup actions, and evaluating the results of the activity. Data were obtained through field observations and documentation of activities. The results of the PkM show that students and the community are directly involved in identifying pollution points, collecting and sorting waste, and providing waste management education to local residents. Routine activities result in a decrease in the volume of surface waste, smoother river flow, and increased water clarity based on visual observations. Joint participation also increased community involvement in maintaining the cleanliness of the riverbanks. Thus, this community service activity achieved its goals of increasing concrete actions in river cleanups and encouraging active community participation in environmental conservation efforts.

MSMEs play a vital role in the economy, yet many still face challenges due to manual business management. UD Sumber Agung, a B2C and B2B cracker-selling MSMEs, experienced challenges in transaction recording, stock management, and financial reporting, resulting in inaccurate data and suboptimal decision-making. This community service activity aimed to assist and empower partners through the implementation of a smart cashier application to support business digitization. The implementation method included needs identification, system implementation assistance, application usage training, and outcome evaluation. The results demonstrated increased operational efficiency through automated and real-time recording, neater and more accurate reporting, and increased partner capacity in utilizing digital technology.

Businesses in the increasingly competitive property industry must structuredly and efficiently optimize their digital marketing strategies. PT. Dewe Makmur Mapan faces several key issues. These include inconsistent content publication, limited promotional video production, and underutilization of the Nuelink social media management platform to support effective marketing. The purpose of this community service is to optimize the scheduling, production, and evaluation of digital content using a participant observation approach. This approach includes problem identification, strategy implementation, and content performance analysis. Improved promotional video production and editing with CapCut, AI-based copywriting, structured scheduling and publication with Nuelink, and the utilization of analytical features for data-driven evaluation, among other solutions, were explored. The results of the activity showed increased upload consistency, content variety, audience engagement (likes, views, and comments), and more consistent follower growth. The division of roles between paid advertising and organic content management improved the effectiveness of marketing operations. Based on the results of the activity, it was concluded that optimizing social media management platforms simultaneously can increase audience engagement, promotional reach, and the effectiveness of digital marketing for property businesses.

Worm infestation caused by intestinal worms is a global health problem, including in Indonesia. Preschool and school children are the most vulnerable groups to infection. Although not fatal, worm infestation can lead to chronic infections and various health problems, such as low body weight, anemia, and decreased academic performance. Therefore, education on the causes of worm infestation using lectures and leaflets was conducted. The purpose of this activity was to educate participants about the causes of worm infestation and prevention methods as well as the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of worm infestation, with an average score of 60.0% to 88.6%. This activity can also have an impact on reducing cases of worm infections.

The development of digital technology has encouraged MSMEs to begin implementing digital-based marketing. This community service project aims to determine the implementation of digital marketing strategies at UD. Dian Kurniawati, a MSME producing cooking spices in Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo, and its impact on marketing and sales. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the community service project indicate that the use of social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok can increase promotional reach, consumer interaction, and brand recognition, with TikTok being the most effective platform. Although sales through Shopee are still suboptimal, as most wholesale transactions are conducted through direct communication. In general, digital marketing has a positive impact on market expansion and sales movements, but further development is needed to maximize results.

This activity aims to analyze the implementation of inpatient medical record assembly as a document quality control stage at PT KGM Workers' Hospital, North Jakarta. The approach used is descriptive qualitative through direct observation, active participation, and documentation in the Medical Record Unit. The results show that assembling plays a role as an initial quality control that functions to detect incomplete documents before entering the coding and storage stages. Incomplete documents are still found and are related to clinical workload and service time pressure that increase the risk of documentation omission. Adjustments to operational workflows such as the integration of document scanning processes, show system adaptations to improve efficiency and data security. Digitalization supports information traceability, while inter-unit coordination and human resource accuracy are determining factors for documentation quality. It is concluded that inpatient medical record assembly is an important mechanism in maintaining the quality of health information and orderly hospital administration.

This activity aims to analyze the operational process of digital music distribution at the company level, as well as the role of metadata management and publishing administration in supporting the effectiveness of musical distribution. The main problem studied is how metadata accuracy, publishing system integration, and streaming data utilization affect the smoothness of digital music distribution. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through direct observation, operational involvement, and documentation of the digital music distribution work process at PT Alcor Karya Gemilang through the Inside Indo label. The results of the activity show that metadata functions as a digital identity of the work that determines the algorithmic indexing process and automatic royalty distribution. The integration of publishing administration improves the legality and efficiency of content validation, while streaming data analysis becomes the basis for promotional decisions and further distribution strategies. Operational constraints such as the need for high accuracy and understanding of technical terms indicate the importance of digital literacy in digital music distribution. The conclusion of the activity confirms that digital music distribution is a data-based system that integrates technical, administrative, and managerial aspects, and has a strategic role in supporting independent musicians to enter the global streaming platform ecosystem legally and systematically.

The development of digital technology and changes in consumer behavior have driven a shift from offline shopping to e-commerce. One platform utilized in digital marketing is TikTok through its TikTok Shop feature and the TikTok Affiliate program. This community service activity was carried out with Pilotter Gank partners, micro-enterprises in the apparel sector in Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency, who faced challenges in utilizing digital marketing and promotional content. The implementation method included needs identification, planning, training, and mentoring in optimizing TikTok Affiliate. The activity focused on creating video-based promotional content and utilizing the affiliate feature. Results showed an increase in partner capacity, indicated by the ability to produce 5-10 promotional content pieces and improved content performance with views exceeding 1,000. Furthermore, sales increased from 688 products to 12,745, with revenue increasing from Rp95,245,641 to Rp1,518,211,355. Thus, the TikTok Shop affiliate program proved to be an effective and efficient digital marketing strategy in increasing Pilotter Gank product sales.

The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the capacity of the management of the RT 28 Waste Bank in Waru Village, North Penajam Paser Regency, in managing plastic waste that was previously only collected and sold, and has not been utilized as a value-added product. This program is designed to address the problem of low innovation in plastic waste processing and the continued practice of burning waste in the community. The community service method uses a participatory approach through the stages of initial survey, planning, socialization, training, and evaluation. The survey was conducted to identify the condition of waste management. The equipment used includes plastic shredders, heating tools, paving block molds, and work safety equipment. The results of the community service activity include education on the impact of plastic waste, sorting and shredding practices, melting plastic, mixing with sand and used oil, to molding and cooling paving block products. Evaluation was carried out on the participants' understanding and the quality of the resulting products. The implications of the activity show an increase in the management's knowledge and skills in processing plastic waste productively. This program has the potential to reduce waste volume while opening up recycling-based business opportunities at the community level.

The indiscriminate disposal of used oil has the potential to cause environmental pollution and health risks, as it is classified as Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) waste. This community service activity aims to increase public understanding of used oil waste management through its use as environmentally friendly stove fuel. The activity was conducted in Bangun Mulya Village, Waru District, Penajam Paser Utara Regency, involving five participants consisting of vehicle repair shop owners and household members. The method used was a descriptive qualitative approach with participatory methods through initial observation, socialization of the dangers of B3 waste, demonstrations of making and using used oil-fueled stoves according to Occupational Safety and Health (K3) procedures, and activity evaluation. Evaluation was conducted through participatory observation, reflective discussions, and participant understanding questionnaires. The results of the activity showed that approximately 76% of participants experienced an increased understanding of the dangers of used oil waste, B3 waste management, and K3 procedures for stove use. The stoves were able to ignite with a stable flame after a simple filtration process, demonstrating that the use of appropriate technology can increase public awareness of safer and more productive waste management.

The role of parents in implementing spiritual care for children is becoming increasingly important amidst various social challenges, both internal and external. The implementation of Community Service (PkM) aims to determine the extent to which parents are aware of their duties and responsibilities regarding the spiritual care of children. This activity was carried out at the Hadassah Foundation, Laguboti District, North Tapanuli Regency, in collaboration with Lecturers and Students of the Master of Theology Study Program, HKBP Pematangsiantar Theological College. The methods used included spiritual care educational discussions with community leaders and supporting institutions and foundation administrators, as well as educational discussions with parents in Laguboti District. The results of the activity showed that spiritual guidance for children has not been optimally carried out by parents, due to the busyness of parents in working, the limited role of schools, and the minimal role of churches in providing spiritual guidance. Through this PkM activity, the team encouraged strengthening collaboration between parents and churches to pay more attention to children's spirituality on an ongoing basis. This activity is expected to become a model of integrated community-based spiritual guidance.

This situation has the potential to create vulnerability to illegal investment practices. This community service activity aims to improve students' digital financial literacy and legal awareness through digital investment education utilizing the Profits Anywhere application. This application serves as a learning medium that provides stock transaction simulations, market movement monitoring, and investment information for beginners. The method used is an educational-participatory approach through material delivery, application simulations, discussions, and evaluation through quizzes and questionnaires. The activity results showed a 93.30% increase in understanding of digital investment and the legality of applications, a 95% increase in the ability to identify legal and illegal investment applications, and a 100% increase in awareness of risks and legal protection. These results indicate that application-based education is effective in improving students' financial literacy and legal awareness.

The results of the activity show that social media is effective as a medium for education, mobilizing action, and forming environmental care communities that have an impact on increasing awareness, participation, solidarity, and collaboration among youth. Digital platforms have also proven to be able to promote environmental activities widely and quickly. However, the consistency of involvement in real actions and sustainable education programs still needs to be strengthened through mentoring and more systematic communication strategies. The problem of low reading interest among elementary school students is further exacerbated by the high use of gadgets, which often distract students from literacy activities. This situation prompted the implementation of the "No Gadget More Story" program as part of the Girimukti Literacy Movement, which aims to increase students' reading interest through reading and storytelling activities without the use of gadgets. This community service activity was carried out in several stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, simple interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that interactive reading and storytelling activities increased student engagement in literacy activities, fostered students' courage in retelling the story, and created a more active and enjoyable learning environment. These activities also helped reduce the distraction of gadget use during the learning process. This program also supports the optimization of the use of school libraries as learning spaces that support literacy development. Thus, the "No Gadget More Story" program can be an effective alternative literacy activity to foster a reading culture among elementary school students and has the potential to be developed sustainably within the school environment or through collaboration with village libraries.

The background of this activity is an effort to increase the creativity and production capacity of MSME artisans under the guidance of State-Owned Enterprises, especially Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), in Padang Panjang City. MSME artisans in this area have great potential in developing local culture-based products, but still face limitations in design innovation, technical skills, and product diversification that are competitive in the market. This community service activity aims to increase the creativity, technical skills, and production capacity of artisans through hand embroidery training. The implementation team carried out the activity to 20 MSME artisans under the guidance of BRI in Padang Panjang City. The methods used in this activity were lecture and direct practice. The lecture method provided an understanding of the types of materials, tools, basic to advanced techniques, and the development of embroidery designs based on traditional and contemporary motifs. Meanwhile, the practice method was carried out through intensive mentoring so that participants were able to master embroidery skills in an applicable manner. The results of this activity showed that participants succeeded in producing various innovative products, including hand-embroidered headscarves, as well as fashion accessories based on embroidered fabrics with a wider variety of decorative motifs. Participants demonstrated improved skills, demonstrated by their ability to combine colors, independently develop motifs, and enhance the neatness and quality of their embroidery techniques. This activity had a positive impact in terms of improving product quality, fostering artisan creativity, and strengthening the economic independence of MSMEs in Padang Panjang City. Indicators of success were seen in the improvement in participants' technical skills, product diversification, and artisan readiness to develop value-added products for a wider market.

This community service program aims to improve the quality of exhaust products through the application of patent-based technology IDS000008763 to reduce noise and patent IDS0020231494 to reduce exhaust emissions for two service partners, RCM Java Racing and JRC Muffler. The service implementation method included lectures and discussions during regulatory outreach activities, demonstrations and practical exercises during technology training activities, implementation of an OHS management system and lean production, and improvements in manufacturing technology. The results of the service program showed an increase in the production capacity of JRC and RCM partners from 100 to 150 units per month, a 50% reduction in waste through the implementation of lean manufacturing, and an improvement in the quality of emissions and product noise in accordance with government regulations. Management transformation was achieved with an 89% reduction in the OHS incident rate. This program successfully transformed the exhaust MSME from an informal sector to a business oriented towards quality, regulation, and sustainability.

Waste management problems persist at the Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) in RT 16, Penajam Village, Penajam Paser Utara Regency. Waste from monthly activities has not been properly sorted and managed. This situation has the potential to cause environmental pollution, unpleasant odors, and health risks, especially for toddlers and the elderly. This community service program aims to provide separate waste bins and raise public awareness of proper waste management. The method used is a participatory approach through observation, planning, implementation, outreach, and evaluation. The activities included the construction of three types of separate waste bins (organic, inorganic, and hazardous waste) and outreach to the community and Posyandu cadres. The results of the activities show an increase in public understanding, as evidenced by the ability to sort waste according to type and increased participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness. The Posyandu environment has also become cleaner and more organized. This program not only provides physical facilities but also encourages changes in community behavior towards sustainable environmental management.

Students are not yet accustomed to simple financial record-keeping, are unable to consistently differentiate between needs and wants, and tend to use social media primarily for entertainment. This community service activity aims to improve students' understanding of financial management from an early age and the use of social media as a productive tool through the concept of digital marketing. The method used is educational outreach combined with interactive discussions and simulations of Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) strategies in digital marketing. Students are guided to understand the importance of financial literacy and personal financial management. Based on the evaluation results, this activity successfully improved students' understanding of digital marketing and financial management, as well as equipped them with basic knowledge in utilizing digital financial platforms and social media effectively and wisely.

This community service activity aims to increase awareness and mental resilience among 8th-grade students of SMPN 10 Penajam Paser Utara through a socialization program entitled "Growth with a Healthy Mindset Without Drugs." The method used was an educational-participatory approach involving Anti-Drug Ambassadors as peer resource persons through interactive lectures, guided discussions, and assertive communication simulations. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' knowledge regarding the neurobiological dangers of addictive substances, as well as the legal consequences under Law Number 35 of 2009. In addition to increased knowledge, this activity also encouraged changes in students' attitudes and skills, demonstrated by their ability to confidently practice techniques for resisting peer pressure as a form of preventive behavior against drug abuse. The presentation of certificates to the school symbolizes the program's ongoing commitment to strengthening anti-drug attitudes in the educational environment.

This community service program aims to strengthen the digital marketing and branding strategies of the Aitri Kue MSME in Margo Mulyo Village, Balikpapan. Despite operating since 2010 and establishing partnerships with companies and hospitals, the management of promotions and visual identity remains suboptimal. Waste management in the school environment remains a challenge in creating a clean and healthy learning environment. The lack of students' understanding of waste management and the health impacts of littering behavior is the background of this activity. The "Zero Waste Living Margo Mulyo: Creating a Clean and Healthy School Environment" program aims to improve the understanding of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 008 Balikpapan Barat regarding the 3R concept (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), English vocabulary related to cleanliness, and the importance of maintaining environmental hygiene. The activity was carried out with a participatory-educational approach through material delivery, interactive discussions, and waste sorting practices. Data were collected through observation and documentation during the activity. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of the 3R concept, an increase in English vocabulary related to cleanliness, and an increase in awareness in maintaining the cleanliness and health of the school environment. This program shows that practice-based and interactive education is effective in instilling environmental awareness from an early age, while contributing to supporting sustainable development efforts in the elementary education environment.

Traffic safety in residential areas is often neglected due to the lack of street lighting infrastructure, as is the case in RT 21, Penajam Village, Penajam Paser Utara Regency. The lack of visibility at night in critical locations has increased the risk of accidents and reduced the sense of security for local residents. This community service activity aims to provide a passive lighting solution through the manufacture and installation of self-contained reflective delineators made from PVC pipes combined with reflector stickers. The delineators are designed with cement and sand mixture reinforcement on the inside, and casting on the base to ensure the durability of the structure. The method used in the implementation of this service is a mixed method. The mixed method is an approach that combines or associates qualitative and quantitative forms. The results of the service show that the community response is very positive, where 70% of residents stated that the reflection of light from the reflector is very helpful in anticipating bends or road edges from a distance. The synergy between civil engineering and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) ensures that the resulting product is not only structurally sound, but also effective in ensuring the safety of road users.

The mangrove area in Kampung Baru Village, North Penajam Paser Regency, has significant potential for development as an environmentally-based ecotourism destination. However, the management of this area still faces several challenges, including a lack of public understanding regarding occupational safety during tourism activities, limited environmental education for visitors, and the suboptimal use of digital technology in disseminating tourism information. Therefore, this community service activity aims to strengthen occupational safety aspects, raise environmental awareness, and support the digitization of tourism information based on local wisdom. The implementation method used a participatory approach, including field observations, problem identification, socialization of occupational safety and mangrove conservation, and the installation of information boards and safety signs integrated into tourist locations. The results of the activity indicate an increase in public and tourism managers' understanding of the importance of occupational safety and environmental protection. The installation of information media and a digital tourism information system also makes it easier for visitors to obtain information about mangrove, safety regulations, and their ecological value.

This community service project aims to analyze the implementation of community service programs for cleanliness and its impact on campus comfort and well-being using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. This method actively involves students, lecturers, and staff in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities, thereby fostering a sense of responsibility, concern, and ownership of the campus environment. Activities included cleaning classrooms, courtyards, gardens, and public facilities, as well as the collection of organic and non-organic waste. The results of the community service project confirm that the community service program for campus cleanliness not only transformed the campus environment from its previous condition but also raised awareness among the academic community about maintaining a clean environment and could become a weekly campus activity. This project confirms that participatory activities such as community service programs can be an effective strategy in creating a clean, comfortable, healthy, and harmonious campus in a sustainable manner.

A key issue in this initiative is the low level of media literacy and news writing skills among the younger generation in Terungkulon Village, as evidenced by students’ inability to analyze, filter, and present information objectively in the face of rampant fake news. Participatory Action Research (PAR), which requires active participant involvement, was employed to conduct journalism mentoring activities aimed at addressing this issue. Observation and interviews were used as data collection methods, while basic journalism resources, news analysis, and hands-on news writing exercises were employed to carry out the activities. The results of the exercises showed an improvement in students’ understanding of news structure, methodical information processing, and independent news writing. Critical thinking skills, self-confidence, and knowledge of journalistic ethics all improved. The main conclusion from this activity is that journalism education is effective in improving media literacy and writing skills, and is capable of fostering active learning as a source of knowledge that is critical, educational, and engaging for the general public.

This study is motivated by the importance of maintaining cleanliness in the boarding school environment to create comfort for students, as well as the existing issues related to suboptimal cleanliness management at Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School Siwalanpanji, Buduran, Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study is to analyze the environmental cleanliness program in improving students’ comfort. The method used in this activity is a participatory community service approach, which involves all elements of the boarding school, especially the students, directly in the implementation of the cleanliness program. The results show that the cleanliness program is carried out through three main stages: planning, which includes problem identification, program formulation, and preparation; implementation in the form of cleaning activities such as maintaining the boarding school environment, organizing facilities, and maintaining infrastructure; and evaluation, which indicates an improvement in cleanliness and students’ comfort, although there are still challenges in maintaining consistency. Therefore, it can be concluded that the environmental cleanliness program plays an important role in creating a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment, as well as in fostering students’ discipline and sense of responsibility in a sustainable manner.

This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve the competency of Community Learning Center (PKBM) participants in accounting records for service companies based on the MYOB application in the digital era. The main challenges faced by participants were a lack of understanding of basic accounting concepts and limited skills in using digital accounting applications. The method used was training and mentoring with a participatory approach through lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on training. Evaluation used pre- and post-tests to measure participants' competency improvement. The results showed significant improvement, with the average score increasing from 56.4 to 82.7, or 46.6%. Furthermore, participants experienced improved skills in operating MYOB for recording transactions and preparing simple financial reports. These findings indicate that practice-based training and digital technology are effective in improving accounting literacy and technical skills. This activity also strengthened the adaptive capacity of PKBM participants to digital transformation and has the potential to become a model for sustainable service in non-formal education.

The mathematics learning education program through learning assistance to improve the abilities of elementary school students in Kenari Village, Gayungan District, Surabaya, is motivated by the low ability of students to calculate as indicated by the results of initial observations, namely 65% of students have not been able to complete basic arithmetic operations correctly, as well as low interest in learning mathematics in 60% of students. This condition is influenced by limited learning assistance outside of school and the lack of use of interesting learning methods. This program aims to improve students' ability to calculate, interest in learning, and confidence in solving mathematics problems. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) with the stages of problem identification, action planning, implementation of assistance, observation, and reflection. The assistance model is carried out through a small group learning approach based on educational games and gradual exercises, so that students are more active in understanding basic mathematical concepts. Data collection techniques use observation, numeracy tests, and documentation. The results of the community service program showed that students' numeracy completion rate increased from 35% to 82%, while their interest in learning increased from 40% to 78%, and their self-confidence increased from 45% to 80%. The uniqueness of this program lies in its implementation of participatory, game-based mentoring that actively engages students in the learning process. Therefore, this program is effective in improving elementary school students' numeracy skills and has the potential for sustainable development in Kenari Village.

This community service research aims to analyze the impact of drainage maintenance and environmental cleanliness on the function of water channels. The method used was descriptive-participatory with the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) approach, including identifying critical points, cleaning channels, evaluating flow capacity using dimension and water discharge measurements, observation, photo documentation, and resident interviews. The results of the community service program showed that routine maintenance and sediment removal successfully increased flow capacity by up to 60% and reduced pooling in three critical locations by up to 70%. Furthermore, active community participation increased significantly, with more residents involved in community service and understanding the importance of maintaining clean channels. These findings confirm that physical interventions combined with strengthening community social capital can improve drainage performance, reduce flood risk, and enhance the quality of residential environments.

This initiative aims to describe and examine the relationship between ABA Bebekan Kindergarten and the residents of Bebekan Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo, in an effort to create a beautiful, clean, and comfortable environment that also functions as a means of character education for early childhood. The method applied is a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation collection. The subjects of this activity include students, teachers, and the community around the school. The results of the activity indicate that collaboration through social activities, tree planting, utilization of empty spaces, and simple waste management can improve environmental conditions in schools and foster environmental awareness as well as attitudes of responsibility, discipline, and cooperation among students. Changes are seen in the improvement of the quality of the physical environment at school and the development of good behavior in students' daily lives. Therefore, collaboration between schools and communities is an effective approach to creating environmental character and sustainable early childhood education.

This community service activity aims to provide training in designing business development action plans for the Merah Putih Village Cooperative (KKMP) in Genteng District, Surabaya City. This community service activity was conducted in five KKMPs in Genteng District: Embong Kaliasin Village, Genteng Village, Kapasari Village, Ketabang Village, and Peneleh Village, by 2025. Genteng District is located in the center of Surabaya City. The community service activity began with problem identification, training and mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results indicated that cooperative management still faces obstacles in aspects of membership, business premises utilization, and determining appropriate business types. Through training and mentoring, each KKMP successfully identified local business potential and developed a cooperative work program action plan for the coming year. This activity increased cooperative managers' understanding of regional potential-based business development strategies and encouraged the strengthening of cooperatives' role in community economic empowerment. The business development action plan was implemented by identifying business potential in each KKMP and developing a work program plan for the coming year.

Visual-based learning environments play an important role in supporting early childhood education, but their implementation is still not optimal in many schools. This problem was also found in RA Sekolah Cendekia Berseri, Makassar, where visual facilities were not educational enough and did not fully support learning interactions. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity aims to improve the quality of the learning environment through revitalizing visual facilities based on a participatory approach. The method used, namely participatory methods including training, diffusion of science and technology, awareness, mentoring, and direct practice involving teachers and students. The activity was carried out on April 11, 2026, involving around 15–20 teachers and education personnel. The results of the study showed a significant increase, marked by the creation of educational murals and a more interactive and child-friendly classroom arrangement. Teachers' understanding of the concept of educational visuals increased from 45% to 85%, spatial planning skills from 50% to 88%, and awareness of the importance of visual media from 55% to 90%. These findings indicate that participatory visual revitalization is effective in improving the quality of the learning environment and teacher capacity. However, limited time and resources remain a challenge, necessitating continued mentoring to ensure the program's sustainability.
