This study aims to develop a guided-inquiry-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) integrated with practical activities on the topic of growth and development in living organisms, and to determine its validity, practicality, and effectiveness in enhancing students' conceptual understanding. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects included three subject matter experts, three media experts, and 44 eleventh-grade students from SMA Kristen Ekklesia Nanga Pinoh for the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were collected through validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and essay-based pretest and posttest assessments. Data analysis was conducted using percentage-based analysis to determine the levels of validity and practicality, while effectiveness was analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and a One-Sample t-test, facilitated by SPSS version 25. The results indicate that the Student Worksheet received an average validation score of 87.68% from subject matter experts and 86.90% from media experts, yielding an overall average of 87.29%, which falls into the "highly valid" category. The practicality assessment resulted in a score of 84.95%, categorized as "highly practical." The normality test showed that the pretest and posttest data were normally distributed, with a significance value of 0.200 (>0.05). Furthermore, the One-Sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05), confirming that the Student Worksheet is effective in improving students' conceptual understanding. Consequently, the guided-inquiry-based Student Worksheet, integrated with practical activities, meets the criteria of being highly valid, highly practical, and effective, making it suitable for use as a Biology teaching resource at the high school level.
